Dana Tovcimak, BCBA LBS COBA & Owner
Dana is committed to providing ABA with over 30 years of experience. She began her career at a partial hospital treatment center for children with autism where she became the Director of the School Based/Partial Hospital. She served as a Director of Behavior Analysis for children in the Pittsburgh area before pivoting to her own practice in WV. Her down to earth and understanding approach to care created Compassionate ABA.
Russ Tovcimak, Director of Opperations
Russ served in The U.S. Marine Corps expertly recruiting and training many members. He facilitated safety and security for an international department store for over13 years. Russ's bachelor degree in Psychology and security background make him an important addition to the Compassionate ABA team.
Gaby McCormick, House Manager & RBT
Gaby is a two-time war-decorated veteran with a deep commitment to making a positive impact. She is a proud fur mom and balances a love for family with a passion for service. Gaby is dedicated to supporting individuals and helping others thrive through Applied Behavior Analysis.
Katie McDermot, Lead RBT
Katie McDermott is a proud graduate of Franciscan University of Steubenville, where she earned a degree in Human Development and Family Studies. She has been with Compassionate ABA since 2023 as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
