Dana Tovcimak, BCBA LBS COBA & Owner
Dana has more than 35 years of committed experience in ABA, specializing in enhancing psychological flexibility for children and families. She started her career at a partial hospital center for children with autism and rose to the position of Director of the School Based/Partial Hospital. Dana also the role of Director of Behavior Analysis for children in the Pittsburgh area and served as Clinical Director for a treatment center in Ohio. She has now transitioned to create and develop a licensed behavioral health facility in West Virginia, where her compassionate and approachable style of care inspired the founding of Compassionate ABA.
Russ Tovcimak BS, Director of Operations
Russ proudly served in the U.S. Marine Corps, where he trained recruits at Parris Island. With over 13 years of experience facilitating safety and security for an international department store, he brings invaluable expertise to the team. His bachelor's degree in Psychology, combined with his security background, makes him a vital asset to the Compassionate ABA team. He directs the operations, assures our safety and compliance, and works directly with families to help assure they beneficial care
Meghan Heim, Lead RBT
Meghan Heim is a proud graduate of Franciscan University of Steubenville, where she earned a degree in Clinical Psychology She has been with Compassionate ABA since 2025 as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
